We are a family company. Our commitment is to produce delicious handmade delicatessen based on our traditional Italian recipes. We combine a selection of the best organic ingredients. All our products are naturally gluten-free and lactose-free (<0.1 lactose /100 gr) with no contamination. We only use seasonal ingredients thus enhancing the taste and nutritional values of our products while respecting the rhythms of Mother Earth.
Love for cooking and sharing the good is at the core of our believes and it is the distinctive mark of all our products.
For us food is not just fuel for the body.
We believe that food is particularly important as nourishment for our soul and our energy, in harmony with our world. When we choose what we eat, we also choose the kind of world we help to create, the relationships we build, the kind of economy we sustain.
We work with love and awareness, using manual and careful methods, together with people who share the same values and who believe that eating is above all a social experience.
Our food is also suitable for people with gluten allergies and lactose intolerance: finally we can all share the same experience of joy!
The ingredients in our products are natural. Some of them come directly from our local garden, where we use the organic permaculture production method.
The packaging we choose is part of our respect to the world in which we cohabit. That is why we have invested in high-quality, fully compostable packaging for our products, supplied by a family business like ours.
That is why our food is not only healthy and tasty: it is good!
