This minimuffin is a tribute to Itri, a beautiful Italian village enclosed between rocky mountains and crystal clear sea.  The unmistakably taste of Demeter certified Italian dried tomatoes perfectly blends with the intense notes of organic black olives and the superior taste of the biologic Italian Parmiggiano 24+ from the special red cows. Handmade, gluten-free and lactose-free (<0.1 lactose/100gr), each minimuffin  is a delicacy to enjoy as an aperitif or appetiser.
