We are a family business of Italian and Dutch origin. We have always had in common a focus on healthy and sustainable food, with an eye on the ethics of our choices towards both the environment and the community. Dad is vegetarian, mum discovered gluten allergies and lactose intolerances. We have accepted the challenge of not compromising with quality, naturalness and taste.

For the past twenty years, in our home, we have been experimenting and trying traditional mostly Italian recipes that were suitable for intolerant people like us.
