Gluten-free and lactose-free (<0.1 lactose/100gr), each croquette is carefully handmade prepared only using the finest biological ingredients, such as the freshest organic locally cultivated cauliflowers, Demeter eggs and the unique Verlessio mix of biological Italian naturally gluten-free wheats.
